This event is being put on as a joint venture of Shipp Shape Promotions and Journey to Success, a 501c3 organization.

All profits will go directly to the Journey to Success foundation to help fund special field trips and Social Club events for persons with Special Needs and their families. 

​

Each month, the Journey to Success Social Club organizes three events for their Special Needs members to enjoy with their peers and family members. They enjoy Themed Dinners like Bingo, Name that Tune, Karaoke and Arts & Crafts as well as field trips to places like Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park, Dave & Busters, the Bowling Alley and More.

Many of our members are medium to high functioning adults who, because of their special needs / disabilities, are living on a fixed income and cannot afford to do these things on their own. The Social Club raises money to allow them to do it without spending out-of-pocket.

​

The group has expressed their desire to go to Disney World and we are planning to take them. That will be where a portion of these funds go.

​

Journey to Success also offers Home Companion Services for their clients as well as an Adult Day Training Program which helps them to gain much-needed life skills.
